HVAC Service/Maintenance Technician $25-$35 plus Commission

Air Conditioner Service Technician $25.00-$35.00 Per Hour plus Commission

Custom Cooling & Heating in North Fort Myers, FL is seeking a full time HVAC Service Technician to join our outstanding team. We have been in business for over 35 years and continue to provide outstanding service and support to our loyal customers. The qualified tech must be fully proficient with all repairs on package units & split systems, have a clean driving record and is both dependable and responsible.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Perform quality repairs and check-ups on package units and split systems

· Must have common HVAC knowledge and ability to work on all brands

· Be able to clearly explain problems/repairs to customers

· Accurately complete paperwork & accept payment associated with the repair

· Recommend necessary add-on items to customers

· Prepare and explain estimates for replacements to customers

· Communicate continually with dispatching & arrive timely to appointments

Qualification Requirements:

· Must have a minimum 5-10 years HVAC repair experience with EPA certification

· Must have your own tools (We supply reclaiming unit and vacuum pump)

· Team oriented with excellent customer service and communication skills

· Possess valid driver’s license and clean driving record

· Must be able to work "on call" some nights and one weekend a month (flexible)

· Physically fit with clean professional appearance

· Background check required

· Installation experience is a plus
