We are seeking an Industrial Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team.
This is a midnight night shift position. 11pm-7am

· High school graduate. Associate degree in applied science is desirable.
· 2-3 years of work experience in a heat treat or similar setting is preferred.
· Experience in Blueprint reading, mechanical, electrical, pipe-fitting, welding,
· 2-3 years troubleshooting in industrial systems required.
· Basic mathematics. Ability to interpret and apply conversion factor tables.
· Ability to gather information and draw inferences for troubleshooting. Ability to conceive, apply and evaluate alternative work methods.
· Experience driving a forklift and operating an overhead crane
· Must be able to list 40lbs throughout the day.
· Be able to work in a production environment that can reach 105 degrees Fahrenheit during certain months out of the year and average noise exposure of 80 decibels.
Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as control panels engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment by performing the following duties.
Observes mechanical devices in operation and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble.
Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts.
Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments.
Repairs or replaces defective parts. Installs unique functional and structural parts in devices. Lubricates and cleans parts.
Sets up and operates band saw, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts.
Repairs electrical equipment such as controls and motors.
Maintains awareness of and adherence to company safety policy and rules and behaves with prudent regard for the safety and health of self and co-workers.
Safeguards company property, including proper working condition of tools and equipment.
Maintains awareness of and adherence to quality policy and procedures and their application to the maintenance department as well as other departments and the company overall.
