We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Technician to join our team in our Greater Houston office. This is a full-time, onsite role where you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, supporting printers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in IT support, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A proactive mindset and excellent communication skills are essential, as this role involves direct interaction with end users to resolve IT issues efficiently.
Experience with Active Directory, Citrix, Google Workspace, Windows 10 & 11, and Microsoft Office Suite is required, along with a solid understanding of networking fundamentals. The ability to prioritize tasks effectively and provide high-quality support is key to success in this role.
