Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through warm calling and effectively communicating with potential clients. This role requires an understanding of the utility and/or telecommunications markets, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business development and contributing to the overall success of Alpine.

Responsibilities

•

Conduct warm calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.

•

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

•

Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.

•

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

•

Collaborate with outside representatives to support customer needs.

•

Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources.

•

Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

Experience

•

Proven experience in inside sales or business development is preferred.

•

Background in telecom or utility services is preferred.

•

Strong understanding of technical sales concepts is a plus.

•

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

•

Ability to effectively market products and services to diverse audiences.

•

Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

•

Proficiency in HubSpot or similar sales management software and other sales tools is preferred.
