•
Provide technical support across the company — this may be in person or over the phone
•
Maintain Helpdesk Operations
•
Install and support software packages
•
Setup and maintain computers, printers and other related hardware
•
Maintain network infrastructure
•
Assist in systems administration
•
Maintain devices on AS/400
•
Phone equipment support
•
Perform adds, changes, and deletes on electronic door locks

Requirements
Physical Requirements - Carrying/Lifting of 75+ pounds/Crouching, Kneeling & Tight Access/Matching of Colored Wires/Extended Periods of Time Sitting & Working at Computer Terminal
Must be Available to work on call with occasional weekend duties.
