Landscape Maintenance Foreman

Britton & Associates, Inc., a Design-Build-Garden Management firm specializing in upscale residential projects seeks a motivated individual for the position of Landscape Maintenance Foreman.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

-Working with Garden Services Manager in scheduling of all work and programs related to this division.

-Working in the field alongside laborers that will be under your direction.

-Operation of equipment (mowers, line trimmers, blowers, etc.) equipment maintenance, trash/debris pickup and assorted tasks that relate to lawn and landscape maintenance operations.

-Responsible for ensuring tools and equipment are in good working order and properly maintained.

-Responsible for attaining quality standards on all site/projects with goal of a zero punch list.

-Responsible for direction of crew laborers in daily operations including quality control, punctuality, and safety.

-Must be available to work a varied schedule (including Saturdays as needed).

-Previous experience as a maintenance crew member.

-Must have knowledge of fertilization, pruning, turf management, disease and insect identification and water management.

-Extensive maintenance experience and horticultural background required.

-Knowledge of Spanish helpful.

-Must be able to lift up to 100lbs.

-Must be able to work in varying weather conditions.

Salary commensurate with experience.
