This position requires someone to be able to run a Mow Crew.

The ideal candidate is an ambitious landscaper with management & leadership qualities to run your own Mow Crew. Candidate resides within a reasonable commute time.

Ex: Weekly lawn maintenance for residential & commercial properties

Over the years we have continued to expand our client base and the type of services we provide. We have continued to make investments in our equipment and are looking for someone who will continue to raise the standard of services that we perform.

Success in this position allows opportunity for promotion as early as 1 year

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

Spanish speaking a plus!

· HS Diploma or GED preferred

· Landscaping & Landscape Maintenance experience

Mathematical skills

· Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios & proportions to practical situations

Language Skills

· Ability to…

o Read, analyze and interpret instructions, guidelines, safety manuals, & customer reports

o Interact clearly & effectively, in both written and oral communication with supervisor, clients, staff, vendors... etc.

o Direct others and be an impactful leader. Reading assignments and establishes clear directions. Distributes workloads appropriately.

o Learn and use scheduling software

o Respond to common inquires or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or vendors

o Effectively present information to management
