INNIO Waukesha Engine is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of Waukesha Natural Gas Engines, founded in 1906 in Waukesha, Wisconsin. As an OEM of natural gas engines, Waukesha relies on its network of channel partners for the sales of new equipment, OEM remanufactured equipment and parts (reUp), model conversions and upgrade kits and maintenance parts. Waukesha’s channel partners package, overhaul, repair, commission, and service Waukesha equipment globally.

About the Role :

Revolution Power Solutions is seeking an experienced Lead Mechanical Assembler to join our growing team in Waller, Texas. This role is key to our mission of delivering high-performance power systems for critical energy and industrial applications. You’ll be hands-on assembling advanced power generation equipment, ensuring every unit meets rigorous quality and safety standards.

Working with minimal supervision, you will interpret detailed engineering documents—such as blueprints, BOMs, and technical drawings—to build, rework, or repair mechanical assemblies. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in precision work, thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and brings a team-oriented, solution-focused mindset.
