Position Summary

The Strategy Program Management Team is responsible for the tracking and execution of opportunities to drive growth and/or strategic initiatives for SJI. The team is the primary driver in harmonization efforts across the enterprise for SJI strategy execution.

As the Lead Strategy Analyst, you will play a key role in developing and executing business strategies, conducting in-depth market and financial analysis, and supporting senior leadership in decision-making processes. This position requires a combination of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and effective communication to influence key business decisions.

Essential Functions:* Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.

Required Skills:* Proven experience in performing quantitative analysis, developing business strategies, and working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications Required Background:* Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or;

Compensation Range:

$97,500 - 156,000

We are committed to pay transparency and ensuring equitability compensation for all employees. The pay range for this position reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits, bonuses, or other forms of compensation that might be part of the total compensation package. The specific salary offered will be based on a candidate’s qualifications, education, and experience.
