Lead Technician

Primary Responsibilities

- Help with the insulation of attics, walls, and other areas using materials such as fiberglass/ batts

- Do professional Draft Proofing

- Loads and unloads insulation materials, transports needed tools and equipment to jobsite.

- Clears and disposes of old insulation according to established safety guidelines.

- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Ability to work Mon-Fri (occasional weekends), start time as early as 8am with flexible end times

Required Skills/ Ability

- Experience with attic insulation, basement insulation, professional draft-proofing or related fields is an asset.

- G Driver's license with a clear driver's abstract.

- Must be comfortable working at heights and in tight spaces.

- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.

- Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Flexible schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
