Job Description:

Are you a jack-of-all-trades with a knack for fixing things? We are seeking a Maintenance and Repair Technician to join our team. We need someone who is able to work by themselves, is self-motivated to do the job and is willing to learn. You will be helping maintain and repair rental properties.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on rental properties

- Troubleshoot and fix issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs

- Conduct property inspections and identify potential maintenance needs

- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks

- Assist in creating a safe and comfortable living environment for our tenants

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work independently and efficiently
