Main Purpose:
Execute all tasks of preventive and corrective maintenance scheduled by the Maintenance Planner, Engineering and/or Maintenance Manager, Terminal Superintendent according to a predetermined program or as needed.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:

Receive the daily preventive and corrective maintenance program of the facilities. Executes work orders based on assigned priorities of work and ensure provide daily feedback on work status. Organize /supervise third party service providers in relation to Terminal PMS

Fill in all requisite information in the receipts or forms to such end, including the activities performed, the time consumed by such activity, the materials used and any observations that he/she may consider appropriate to include.

Promote and comply with HSE polices. Assigned work orders must have the respective permits issued before execution. Participate in Safety Meetings (5 Daily Toolbox + 12 Monthly Safety Meetings), Complete and enter into Sphera non-conformances per month either unsafe practices or Unsafe conditions and close out, and 100% reporting of all incidents and accidents. Promote JSA / PE Work Permit System and LOTOT on all retail corrective and planned maintenance. Participate in HSE planned inspections4
To maintain high level of customer focus by ensuring work orders with Priority 1 100% close out (On time 24hrs), Priority 2 80% close out (On time 48hrs), Priority 3 100% close out (On time per schedule +/- 14 days), Priority 4 100% close out (On time per schedule +/- 14 days), Priority 5 80% close out (On time per schedule +/- 30 days) are work orders issued to you by Maintenance Planner, within their Due by Date, and ensuring Zero Re-Works.5
To minimize and prevent reworks and variations on assigned work orders by ensuring that all assigned work orders are re-scope, plan and organize effectively before the executions of the works or delegated.

Ensure establish and maintain ethical relationship with our customer focused areas (Aviation, Terminal, Retail & B2B) with no Business Control Incidents.

Achieve Quality completed Work Orders sent back to Regional Planner, TMs and ADS. Ensure all sections are filled out correctly on the WOs and pre-deployment checklist filled out on every travel. Produce Field reports to be signed off by Manager.

Participate in all training courses scheduled by the Regional Maintenance Manager, as well as in all contingency / emergency drills.
