Maintenance Technician Floater

Eagle Management is seeking a permanent, full-time Maintenance Technician to assist with upkeep, repairs, and projects at 4 properties located in Northern Lake County.

THIS POSITION REQUIRES YOU TO BE ON AN ON-CALL ROTATION.

We are looking for an individual who has basic residential handyman skills, including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry and painting/drywall.

Pay: $20 - $24 per hour depending on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Completing apartment work orders and turning vacant units

General plumbing, electric, appliance repair, and painting

Assisting maintenance teams with projects

Responding to after hour maintenance emergencies on a rotating, on-call schedule

Additional duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

A valid driver’s license

Reliable transportation

Your own tools

Basic handyman/carpentry skills and experience
