• Maintain and repair industrial equipment and machinery
• Install and align new mechanical systems and components
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Work closely with other skilled trades in a safety-first, team-oriented environment
This role requires a dependable, self-driven individual who can work independently or with minimal supervision. You must be open to working 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, including overtime and weekends, as needed.
• Dismantle defective machinery and install new or repaired components
• Conduct inspections to identify malfunctions and determine corrective actions
• Measure and inspect parts using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges
• Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain piping systems and hydraulic/pneumatic equipment
• Operate equipment such as drill presses, lathes, and Bridgeport milling machines
• Perform MIG and stick welding; operate cutting torches as needed
• Completion of an apprenticeship program, formal technical training, or valid journeyman card
• Certification in Millwright, Electrical, or Electronic fields
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on maintenance experience
• Proficient in interpreting hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical schematics
• Skilled in electrical troubleshooting and navigating PLC programs (no programming required)
