The Manager, Engineering will primarily be responsible for team of Engineer and designers developing preliminary PV and Battery designs, System Performance models, RFP responses, and support of all land use permitting including project development design reviews, interconnection and final EPC or subcontracting activities. This position plays an important role in the department through development activities across a number of projects and supporting local approvals for projects. Upon completion of development the candidate will be responsible to develop or review final engineering design packages for construction. The candidate will be responsible for completing the work either directly, or through internal or external resources.

Pay range: The annual base salary range for this position in Illinois or New York is $130,000 - $190,000. The listed salary range represents our good faith estimate for this position and represents the range for new hire salaries across all U.S locations. RWE considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s education & work experience, training & certifications, and key skills as well as market and business considerations at the time of the offer.
