Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Engineer—HVAC Products—located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Manufacturing Engineer will design, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes to produce HVAC products efficiently. Key duties include developing and implementing production processes, improving operational efficiencies, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Education Required:

·       A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is required.

·       At least two years of HVAC, sheetmetal or industrial piping related manufacturing experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

·       Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

·       Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

·       Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.

Compensation:

·       Salary up to $85,000, commensurate with experience.

·       Three (3) weeks of vacation.

·       Ten (10) paid days off (sick days).

Schedule:

·       The typical work week is Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

·       On-site attendance in the GTA office and factory is required.

·       Occasional overtime or after-hours/weekend work is required.

Other:

·       Applicants must be able to demonstrate permanent status in Canada when applying for the position.

·       Applicants must be capable of completing an RCMP and police background check.

·       Applicants must have an active full driver’s license from a Canadian province for at least three (3) years.
