Job Summary:

We are looking for a Mechanical Draftsman / Designer to join our dynamic team. This role involves creating detailed technical drawings for product development. The ideal candidate is proficient in CAD software, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a collaborative engineering and manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Produce drawings for product development.

✅ Create detailed fabrication and assembly drawings for helical pile products and accessories.

✅ Collaborate with engineers and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are accurate and buildable.

✅ Maintain organized drawing files and documentation within CAD systems.

✅ Assist in the research and development of new helical pile products and tools.

✅ Revise and update existing drawings based on engineering changes or field feedback.

✅ Ensure compliance with industry standards (ASTM, AWS, ISO) and internal quality guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Design, Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field.

✔️ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar 2D/3D design software.

✔️ Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical drafting or product design (steel fabrication or helical pile experience is a plus).

✔️ Strong understanding of engineering drawings, welding symbols, and manufacturing specifications.

✔️ Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

✔️ Experience with ERP systems and drawing management is a plus.
