Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial mechanics and be proficient in maintaining various systems, including Pumps, Conveyors, and other assorted mechanical equipment. This role requires a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and repairing equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety within the facility.

Duties

•

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment, including hydraulics.

•

Troubleshoot mechanical issues and conduct repairs on production equipment to minimize downtime.

•

Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) / (SAP) for tracking maintenance activities and inventory management.

•

Operate man lifts and other equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols.

•

Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes.

•

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.

•

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies while performing maintenance tasks.

Requirements

•

Proven experience as an industrial mechanic or similar role within a manufacturing environment.

•

Strong knowledge of pumps, hydraulics, and general mechanical systems.

•

Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

•

Familiarity with CMMS/SAP software for tracking maintenance work orders is preferred.

•

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

•

Must be able to operate man lifts and other machinery safely.

•

Pay: $23.30 - $35.37 per hour
