Styme International Industries in Kimball, MN has an immediate opening for a full time metal fabrication specialist! We are a custom metal fabrication company seeking hard working individuals to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain and expand their experience using a variety of equipment and machinery. Competitive pay based on qualifications. We will consider all levels of experience for this position.
Responsibilities
•
Operate a sheet metal laser
•
Form parts using a variety of brake presses and rolling equipment
•
Inspect and measure parts for quality assurance as needed
•
Install pem nuts, weld studs, and other hardware as needed
•
Operate metal saws, shears, drill presses, tube benders, lasers, and other equipment as needed
•
Operate angle grinders, sanders, and other tools for deburring and chamfering parts and preparing parts for welding operations
•
Ensure safe operation of equipment
•
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
•
Strong work ethic
•
Experience using electrical, pneumatic, or manual hand tools and measuring equipment
•
Knowledge of safety standards
•
Attention to detail
•
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
•
Ability to lift 50 lbs
•
Driver’s License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
