Davis Custom Homes is seeking a proven sales professional who is excellent at driving new business through multiple channels including internet leads, social media leads, networking, and self-branding. No real estate license needed!
What You’ll Do
•
Increase top-line revenue via utilizing multiple sales channels
•
Provide a dynamic sales presentation too earn new business
•
Exercise a follow up process with leads; including banking reps, realtors, and clients in your pipeline
•
Utilize multiple methods to showcase work and drive business including tours, photos, and videos.
•
Work directly with the VP of Sales to strategize on driving new sales

A process driven mentality and a systematic approach to tasks

Superb communication skills - face to face, virtually, and phone
•
