Onboarding Technician

Overview

The Onboarding Technician establishes and updates systems access and creates detailed request tasks for computer and telephone equipment for new and existing employees while providing training and assistance as needed for the end-user to create the highest level of customer service with regards to New Hire, Equipment, Access, and Termination requests. This position also provides on-boarding and off-boarding support and coordination between responsible departments and personnel.
