Description
Position Summary
This position is responsible for filling lubricants into containers (340-gallon size and less) using high-speed automated filling equipment. Position tasks include inspecting products/machinery, cleaning area, configuring, and operating production equipment according to documented procedures and other instructions provided by management. Incumbent is responsible for following all safety and quality regulations related to the position.
•Setup, operate, maintain, and keep equipment on production line running efficiently.
•Carry out regular quality checks.
•Complete quality checklists, filling result reports, and perform basic math.
•Identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment defects/malfunctions, safety issues/concerns, and quality concerns immediately to management.
•Communicate with co-workers, supervisors, other shifts, and other departments openly and clearly.
•Conduct regular housekeeping and assist other lines during downtime or when work is complete.
•Stop production due to safety and/or quality concerns.
•Start work without supervisor’s instruction.
•Lift, push, or pull 40 pounds regularly.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or GED
Experience
2+ years in a manufacturing environment desired.
Previous experience operating high speed manufacturing equipment is helpful.

•Able to lift 40 pounds regularly.
•Able to be on feet for extended periods of time.
•Good written and verbal communication skills.
•Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
