Description:
The Outside Sales Professional in the Elite Division is tasked with driving revenue and delivering outstanding customer service to property owners in neighborhoods affected by storms. This role involves creating new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and serving as the face of our company in the field. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, and the capability to identify and fulfill customer needs effectively.
Essential Functions
•Complete inspections of property in storm affected areas
•Work with property owners by educating then on the claims process
•Present and execute sales documents to property owners
•Serve as liason between property owners and insurance companies
•Monitor the status of customers jobs including repairs
•Proactively communicate with internal teams to ensure ultimate customer services
•Attend Weekly Sales Meetings & Submit weekly performance documents
•Service company provided leads
•Generate new business through efforts such as canvassing
•Consistently meet KPI’s set in place by Field Sales Manager
•Attend continued education training as provided by company
•Be out in field, promoting services 75%-90% of time
•Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
•High School Diploma or equivalent required
•Minimum 2 years of sales experience required
•Previous experience in the restoration field desired
•Must be Customer and Client focused
•Must have excellent communication skills in all platforms such as electronic, written, oral-in person and via phone, etc.
•Must have excellent computer skills
•Must have excellent customer service skills
•Ability to build collaborative relationships
•Ability to create lead generation opportunities
•We will conduct a Motor Vehicle Report check upon hire and monitor the driving record of associates who drive on behalf of Elite
•A clear Drug Screen is required
•Travel is required out in the field. This is not an office position, you will be in the field 75-90% of the time
REQUIRED: WORKING CONDITIONS
•Hours and weekends: weekly required meetings, attend adjuster meetings and availability with customers
