Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to oversee construction projects and manage on-site operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership abilities, and proficiency in various construction management software. The Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Duties
•
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews on-site.
•
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
•
Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules and budgets.
•
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
•
Conduct regular inspections of work performed to maintain quality control.
•
Manage subcontractors and ensure their work aligns with project specifications.
•
Maintain clear communication with all team members, stakeholders, and clients regarding project progress.
Requirements
•
Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
•
Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and contract management.
•
Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and tools.
•
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively.
•
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts.
•
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
•
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
