Job Responsibilities and Duties:

The Stationary Maintenance Planner will be responsible for aspects of maintenance operations at the Stillwater Mine. This position will have oversight of the Stationary Maintenance department equipment. Ensuring a safe and environmentally excellent setting for the maintenance group is paramount to the success of the Stillwater Mine. Responsibilities will include safety vision, environmental compliance, budgeting practices, achieving operational objectives, planning and execution of quality mine support and cost targets. This person will drive the creation of engaged workplace culture and provide the leadership that promotes continually exploring new technologies to improve worker safety and efficiencies throughout the operations. Collaborate with all departments to ensure effective communications for integrated planning.
