PLUMBING SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Superior Mechanical of Pequot Lakes, MN is looking for an experienced Service Plumber that would like to join our Superior Family.

Job Description:

•

Installing, repairing and maintain pipes, fixtures and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste water disposal.

•

Installing and repairing plumbing fixtures such as sinks, water closets, bathtubs, water heaters, hot water tanks, garbage disposal units, dishwashers and water softeners.

•

Must have experience with all types of piping, PVC, cast iron, PEX, black iron, galvanized and copper

•

Must have confidence with commercial and residential service.

•

Ability to work, problem solve and good communications skills.

•

Travel to job sites in service area, and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated

•

Be available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis to service emergency needs of our customers

•

Document all installed equipment upon arrival: make, model, serial number, type of fuel.

•

Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacturer’s recommendations and explain fully to customer what the issue is and what is needed to be corrected.

Applicants MUST have all of the following qualifications:

•

A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle

•

Knowledge of the operation, repair, and maintenance of building mechanical, plumbing, and construction systems

•

Compensation is based upon experience.

Monday through Thursday 7:30am – 4:30pm

Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
