Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumbing sales tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in plumbing sales, maintenance, and repair. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing sales, customer retention, and proficiency with various hand tools. The Plumber will work on a variety of projects, ensuring that all plumbing systems are functioning efficiently and safely while being able to sale new work.
Duties
•
Repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
•
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
•
Perform pipe threading and assembly tasks to connect various plumbing components.
•
Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues effectively.
•
Weld pipes as necessary for specific installations or repairs.
•
Collaborate with HVAC technicians to ensure proper integration of plumbing and heating systems.
•
Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential problems.
•
Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
•
Sale new work to customers.
•
Completing safety checklists for customers.
Requirements
•
Proven experience as a Plumber with relevant certifications or licenses.
•
Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to work with hand tools effectively.
•
Familiarity with basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks.
•
Ability to assemble various plumbing components accurately.
•
Experience in carpentry is a plus but not required.
•
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
•
Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality in all work performed.
•
Housecall pro experience is a huge plus!
•
Sales experience is requried!

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
