Production Line Assistant - Masking

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Masker to join our team. As a Masker, you will be responsible for completing the final touches on various products and ensuring they meet quality standards. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and precision.

Duties:

- Perform finishing tasks such as ink marking and silkscreen

- Mask parts with either paint, tape or plugging

- Inspect finished products for defects or imperfections

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

-Be able to read customer blueprints for masking directions

Skills:

To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:

- Experience with computer software

- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments

- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
