Production Supervisor

We are looking for a safety-conscious Production Supervisor to join our team in Washington, MO.

Position is full-time with benefits!

Plus there is the opportunity for the daily production bonus up to $20 per hour

1st Shift Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM + OT including some weekends

JOB SUMMARY:

The Production Supervisor owns the achievement of our goals and champions our plant culture and vision

through the leadership and development of their team. This role is responsible for delivering the safety,

quality, delivery, cost, and people objectives through the execution of effective communication, LEAN

manufacturing tools, and employee engagement.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
