PROJECT COORDINATOR

Great Southern Technologies is currently seeking a Project Coordinator for our Broken Arrow, OK office. GST is an innovative specialty engineering company and technologies leader in consulting, engineering and field services within the refinery and petrochemical sector.

What you will be doing

Collaborating closely with the engineering team across various levels and responsibilities in a fast-paced professional office environment.

· Creating project purchase orders

· All aspects of document control

· Project Scheduling

· Client and vendor follow ups

· Management of client portal documentation

· Small project management

· Observation door inventory management

· Light phone duty

· Handling multiple projects at any time
