Position Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate to support a project team by organizing, reviewing, and compiling essential backup documentation required for customer billing in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
•Create and maintain project documentation, including memos, lien waivers, and other project-related documents.
•Review documentation from general contractors and service providers to ensure compliance, including certified payroll, insurance certificates, permits, and related materials.
•Organize and manage project files and records to ensure they are accurate, current, and easily accessible.
•Collaborate with project teams to collect and compile necessary documentation for key project deliverables and milestones.
•Support the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
•Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., project managers, finance) to ensure accurate and timely documentation and billing.
Required Skills:
•Prior experience in billing, documentation administration, or project administration.
•Familiarity with project management tools such as SAP, Microsoft Excel, Primavera, or Procore is preferred.
•Experience working with or for public sector organizations is a plus.
Education & Certifications:
•Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, project management, or a related field.
•Recommended Certification: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or equivalent.

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
