Property Services Cleaning Tech

Responsibilities:

- Perform cleaning tasks in various properties

- Carry out deep cleaning and detailed cleaning tasks

- Maintain cleanliness of floors, including buffing and floor care

- Ensure all equipment and tools are kept clean, orderly and presentable

- Stock and maintain supply rooms

- Notify management of deficiencies or repairs required

Requirements:

- Eye for detail

- Previous experience in cleaning or related field preferred

- Knowledge of floor care and maintenance techniques preferred

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards

- Personal hygiene and cleanliness required

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues
