Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards.
•
Demonstrate ability to communicate with customers and vendors.
•
Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
•
Devise and review specifications for products or processes
•
Set requirements for products for suppliers and monitor their compliance.
•
Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
•
Training and managing production staff quality practices.
•
Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee parts and processes are correct.
•
Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements.
•
Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.
•
Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met.
•
Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations.
•
Responsible for PPAP, Control Plans, PFMEA’S, FMEAS and programming CMMs
•
Prior CMM experience is highly desirable.
•
Maintain and update all quality documentation and manuals (Procedures Manual, QC Manual, etc).
•
Validated understanding of Quality Management Systems – ISO 9001 and TS16949 development and manufacturing environments
5 years minimum experience in Quality field (mfg).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
