About This Job


Job Summary::

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to join our team. This role will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients and will also provide vital support to our sales team and office operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a proactive approach to multitasking and administrative support.


Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities::


Reception & Front Desk Duties

Greet visitors and clients with a professional and welcoming demeanor
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area


Sales Support

Assist the sales team with data entry, CRM updates, and lead tracking
Prepare sales documents, quotes, and proposals as needed
Schedule appointments and follow-ups for sales representatives
Support the coordination of sales events or meetings


General Office Support

Order and manage office supplies and inventory
Assist with filing, scanning, and general administrative tasks
Support other departments as needed with clerical duties
Coordinate with vendors and service providers

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus)
1-2 years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM software a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
