We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiting Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. This role is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of recruiting best practices. Key Responsibilities:* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications:* Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS) preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:* Competitive salary. Range: $91,000 to $137,000 depending on experience.
