Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all assigned areas, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Handle various cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and custodial duties as required.

•

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.

•

Follow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies responsibly to maintain a safe working environment.

•

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

•

Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning assignments are completed on time.

Requirements

•

Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial work is preferred.

•

Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement or additional cleaning.

•

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.

•

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

•

Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is advantageous.

•

Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the day.

•

A willingness to learn new skills related to specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet care or sanitization processes.
