Residential Solar Crew Lead (Foreman)

- Family owned solar installation company currently looking for our next Solar Crew Lead (Foreman) to join our team.

- Immediate opening!

- Pay rate starts at $40-$45 per hour with proven experience!

- Room for advancement and raise within less than 90 days for the right person!

- Need to have Minimum (No Exceptions) 8 years experience of solar installation as lead installer or foreman.

- Reliable Vehicle is a must.

- Be able to lift 60 lbs. and operate construction light and heavy tools such as "Drill, Saw, Jack Hammer, Augur, etc".

- Ability to climb ladder (comfortable with working on the roof), and ability to dig trenches if needed.

- Be able to pass background check and drug test.

- Project sites are located all over southern CA from San Diego to Los Angeles. Hours are 5:30a.m. - 6:30p.m or AWS.

- Saturday hours vary based on company's needs.
