Summary:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator to develop engaging content that aligns with Viocity Groups voice and business goals. This role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement strategies. The ideal candidate is skilled in gathering and creating content, including writing, graphic design, and video production, and is passionate about building brand awareness through innovative social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Develop and execute a content calendar for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).

•

Gather and create high-quality, engaging, and shareable content, including graphics, videos, reels, and written posts.

•

Monitor trends in social media, pop culture, and digital marketing to produce relevant and timely content.

•

Collaborate with the marketing team and management team to align social media content with overall brand messaging.

•

Assist with managing social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments/messages, and engaging with followers.

•

Assist with tracking performance metrics and analyze data to optimize content strategies and improve engagement.

•

Work with internal teams to enhance brand awareness and presence.

•

Stay updated on social media algorithm changes and best practices.

Qualifications:

•

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

•

Proven experience in social media content creation.

•

Proficiency in any combination of social media platforms: Adobe Suite, Google Ad's, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, & Social media management CRM, such as Hootsuite, Loomly, Social Sprout

•

Experience with writing, storytelling, and editing skills is a plus.

•

Experience with video production and editing is a plus.

•

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

•

Creative mindset with attention to detail.
