Content Creator/Marketing Coordinator

We’re seeking a creative, driven, and organized Content Creator / Marketing Coordinator to help us tell our story and grow our presence across multiple platforms.

Position Overview

This role blends creative content creation with hands-on marketing coordination. You’ll be responsible for curating and creating compelling content that engages our local community, drives brand awareness, and generates qualified leads. You’ll also manage our presence at live events like home shows and support the execution of marketing strategies across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute content strategies across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)

● Record, edit, and publish short-form videos, customer interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, and podcasts

● Capture high-quality photos and videos of projects, team activities, and events

● Schedule and manage social media posts with strong captions, CTAs, and branding alignment

● Coordinate and manage logistics for local home shows and community marketing events

● Collaborate with sales and operations teams to highlight project success stories and customer testimonials

● Assist with basic graphic design (Canva or Adobe Suite) for flyers, social posts, and email campaigns

● Monitor engagement metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategies accordingly

● Conduct market research to identify opportunities for organic and paid growth

● Help generate leads through engaging, educational, and localized marketing campaigns

Qualifications

● preferred

● Comfortable using a camera, iPhone, tripod, mic, etc., to shoot basic content

● Strong storytelling skills and attention to visual detail

● Proficient in basic video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)

● Familiar with scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, or similar

● Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Willingness to travel locally for shoots and events

● Self-starter attitude with strong problem-solving abilities

● Bonus: FAA Part 107 drone license (or willingness to obtain one)
