Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Solar Sales Manager to lead our sales team in promoting our energy solutions, and building an in house team particularly in the solar sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales, particularly in energy or solar sales. This role requires a proactive approach to developing customer relationships and driving sales growth through innovative strategies and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
•Lead, mentor, build and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
•Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote energy solutions, including solar products.
•Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
•Conduct training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and effective selling strategies.
•Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
•Foster strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service and support.
•Oversee door-to-door sales initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
•Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
Skills
