Job Overview:

As a Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating innovative designs and technical drawings in alignment with industry standards and project requirements. You will collaborate closely with the engineering team to develop detailed schematics, utilize CAD software for design creation, and ensure precision in all aspects of the design process.

Duties:

- Generate detailed technical drawings using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Creo, and .

- Apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) principles to designs to meet codes standards.

- Create 2D animations to visualize design concepts for presentations and project reviews.

- Collaborate with the mechanical engineering team to incorporate engineering specifications into designs.

- Utilize for project coordination and clash detection to enhance design efficiency.

- Maintain accurate documentation of design revisions and updates for reference purposes.

- Assist in the development of mechanical components and assemblies based on project requirements.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout the design process.

- Participate in design reviews and provide input on design improvements for enhanced functionality.

Skills:

- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Creo, and for design creation.

- Strong understanding of GD&T principles and codes standards for precise design implementation.

- Experience in creating detailed schematics and technical drawings for mechanical components.

- Familiarity with 2D animation tools to visualize design concepts effectively.

- Knowledge of NavisWorks for project coordination and clash detection.

- Background in mechanical engineering to collaborate effectively with the engineering team.
