Sourcing Specialist - Supply Chain

Position Summary: The primary function of this role is to work with our estimating team to gather costs for buyout items and outsource fabrication; additionally to develop channels of supply at the lowest total cost, not just the lowest purchase price, from specification of part to receipt and payment of goods and/or services. Assess and maintain current quotations on vendor pricing and delivery for the manufacturing team, engineering, and the estimating group. Also assist in establishing a wider vendor base (Domestic and foreign) of direct purchase and outsourcing.
