Missouri American Water is seeking a water production leader to join our team in Chesterfield, MO. As the Sr. Supervisor of Operations, you will get to manage a staff of water treatment professionals, in addition to mechanic and utiltiy personnel. You will help oversee the day-to-day functions of our water treatment plants, as well as tank and booster sites throughout St. Louis County. The Sr. Supervisor of Operations will be responsible for ensuring compliance and safety standards are met, in addition to be being involved in capital management and budget planning.

Primary Role

Supervises the day-to-day water and/or wastewater operations in accordance with Company policies and procedures and all applicable governmental laws and regulations.
