About This Job

This position will include 2 locations in St. Peters. These locations are approximately 2 minustes apart. The first location needs to be cleaned every Tuesday evening and one time over the weekend. This locaton takes approximately 2.5 hours to clean. The second location needs to be cleaned 1 time every weekend and takes approximately 4 hours to clean. You will be clening these locations after they have closed, so the start time is flexible. On Tuesday you can clock in anytime between 5pm and 8pm. On Saturday you may clock in as early as 12:30pm but you have until 4pm on Sunday to be clocked in and started. All supplies and equipment are provided. Thorough training is provided. After training you will be working by yourself. Starting pay is $14.00 an hour.

General Responsibilities

•

Learn and then competently handle the security procedures for opening and closing offices and dealing with the security codes.

•

Competently clean professional offices, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal in a reasonable amount of time, using Allbright Systems training on best practices/ processes for cleaning.

•

Observe levels of cleaning chemicals and supplies, and report needs for restocking to management in a timely manner.

•

Diligently review the Customer’s notes and Customer feedback in the on-site Allbright Systems “Red Book” and communicate back to management as required.

Qualifications

•

Must have reliable transportation/ own vehicle for transportation to the customer location.

•

Must live less than 20 minutes from the location.

•

Must be physically fit enough to conduct standard cleaning procedures including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.

•

Must have excellent communication.

•

Must have an eye for details.

•

Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

•

Must be a US citizen or have I-9 legal qualification to work in the US.

•

Must be comfortable working without direct supervision on site.

•

Have a working knowledge for reading and speaking English.
