About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer – Project Manager to join our expanding team in Tulsa. In this role, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of projects, lead internal teams, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients. We’re looking for someone who not only has technical expertise across all major building materials (wood, masonry, steel, concrete), but also brings the communication and leadership skills needed to guide successful outcomes from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities
•Lead the structural design of commercial and public structures using concrete, steel, masonry, and wood
•Oversee project teams and collaborate with other disciplines across civil, architectural, and surveying practices
•Review engineering deliverables to ensure accuracy, code compliance, and quality standards prior to submission
•Conduct construction site visits, observations, and special inspections
•Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to manage expectations and resolve issues
•Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
•Track schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
Ideal Candidate Profile
•Demonstrated experience in structural engineering design across multiple material types
•Proven ability to manage multiple projects at various stages of design and construction
•Strong technical knowledge of engineering systems, materials, design procedures, and building codes
•Skilled in time management, problem-solving, and team leadership
•Clear communicator with solid client-facing experience
•Detail-oriented with the ability to both lead and contribute hands-on
Minimum Requirements
•Bachelor of Science degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering (ABET-accredited)
•Professional Engineer (PE) license in Oklahoma or ability to obtain quickly
•At least 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with recent project management experience
•Proficiency with relevant structural engineering software (e.g., RAM, ETABS, Revit Structure, RISA)
