SEMCO - Supervisor, Operations

Position Summary

Reporting to the Manager of Operations, the Operations Supervisor plans and directs the work activities of field personnel. This includes installing, operating, and maintaining gas service lines, pipelines, meter installations & maintenance activity, emergency response, regulator stations, and gas storage fields within the assigned service area.

Tasks and Responsibilities* Oversee all field operations, including the day-to-day installation and maintenance of gas service lines, pipelines, meter installations & maintenance, regulator stations, and gas storage fields as assigned.

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, and/or an equivalent level of experience.

We offer a competitive salary range of $88,000 to $107,875 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and skills. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
