About This Job

KPI Concepts, LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves supervising a team of 3-5 employees and ensuring efficient procurement, inventory management, production planning, and logistics. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with ERP systems, specifically Mietrak, and a proven track record in supply chain management. Job Duties

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3+ supply chain professionals, ensuring efficient workflows and high performance.
Oversee and manage end-to-end supply chain functions, including procurement, production planning, inventory control, and logistics.
Utilize Mietrak ERP software to monitor and optimize supply chain processes, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance supplier relationships.
Coordinate with production, sales, and finance teams to align supply chain operations with company goals.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and resolving supply-related issues.
Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Lead initiatives to improve supply chain sustainability and implement best practices in lean manufacturing.
Contribute to team effort by performing all other duties assigned to benefit the overall goals and success of the company.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
Strong ERP system experience, specifically with Mietrak.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage supplier relationships.
Knowledge of industry best practices, procurement strategies, and logistics.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
Experience managing multi-site supply chain operations.
