Talent Acquisition Advisor – Offshore

Are you ready to take your recruitment career offshore—literally? We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Offshore Talent Acquisition Team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent to power Noble’s global operations. What You’ll Do:* Develop and implement recruitment strategies that ensure we have the right talent in place for offshore operations.

•

Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, define candidate profiles, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

•

Source top talent through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and direct outreach) to build strong candidate pipelines for offshore and field roles.

•

Manage full-cycle recruitment, including screening, interviewing, assessing candidates, and verifying offshore training certifications and licenses.

•

With our training team to make sure new hires complete mandatory pre-rig training and are set up for success.

•

Maintain strong relationships with universities, maritime academies, and other institutions for campus recruitment.

•

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Workday and manage job postings on our careers site and job boards.

•

Proactively identify and develop talent pipelines for critical offshore roles.

•

Travel domestically (approximately 10%) to support recruitment efforts and build relationships in key markets.

•

Take on additional duties as assigned to support the broader TA team.

What You Bring to the Table:* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

•

Minimum of three years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment OR a combination of relevant education and experience totaling seven years.

•

Experience in International/Global recruitment is highly desirable.

•

A track record of filling roles across various functions and levels, preferably in offshore, oil & gas, or industrial settings.

•

Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

•

Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

•

Ability to connect with candidates and hiring managers, making every interaction a positive experience.

•

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

•

Ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping the recruitment process moving smoothly.

•

Comfortable using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications:* Experience recruiting for offshore oil and gas operations.

•

Strong knowledge of offshore functions and the unique hiring challenges in the industry.
