Team Lead - Fulfillment

Quantum Lifecycle Partners LP is Canada's largest and most important integrated computer asset disposal and recycling processor. We are seeking a Team Lead - Fulfillment to support our operations in North Bay, Ontario. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Team Lead - Fulfillment assists in executing daily workflow demands to achieve outbound shipment deadlines in a safe and efficient manner, following all Company policies and procedures. In addition to daily assigned functions within the operation, the Team Lead - Fulfillment assists with the delegation of duties in the Fulfillment area to achieve objectives as communicated by the Warehouse Supervisor; ensures productivity and quality targets are achieved; and provides training and support to team members.

Responsibilities:

Lead by example when conducting all work tasks: demonstrate effective communication, professionalism, and provide guidance on appropriate workplace behaviours.

Disperse crew picks and ship for multiple contracts for same client to appropriate warehouse locations.

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies through continuous improvement of processes and systems.
