Baymag is a leading manufacturer dedicated to delivering high-quality products while optimizing cost and efficiency. We’re seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse & Purchasing Administrator on a temporary basis to support our operations for up to five months. This is an in-person role based at our Plant in Exshaw, Alberta
Key Responsibilities:
•Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders for equipment, raw materials, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance
•Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and support production needs
•Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions with suppliers
•Coordinate inbound logistics, inspect shipments for accuracy and damage, and post receipt data into SAP
•Address invoice discrepancies, process vendor invoices, and assist with accounts payable tasks
•Perform periodic physical inventory counts and maintain proper storage labelling
Qualifications:
•High school diploma required; diploma or certificate in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
•2+ years of purchasing experience within manufacturing or industrial settings
•Proficiency with SAP MM/PM modules and Microsoft Office suite
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills
•Basic accounting knowledge and attention to detail
Contract Details:
•Temporary role for up to five months
•Full-time hours, Monday–Friday
